Stevia, CAS NO. is: 57817-89-7, also known as stevioside, is a stevia extract. Stevia is native to Paraguay and Brazil. It is stable in acid and salt solutions, relatively stable at room temperature, easily soluble in water and quickly absorbs moisture in the air. Its solubility at room temperature exceeds 40%.


Applications:


Stevia has the characteristics of high sweetness and low heat energy. It is well matched with other sweeteners and not absorbed after consumption. Therefore, it is a good natural sweetener for patients with diabetes and obesity. Stevia RA60 SG95 can be used in ice cream, soft drinks, candy, chewing gum, cake mix, liqueur, canned food, dairy products, etc. Stevia can also be used as an aroma and flavor enhancer in pharmaceuticals.
