Applications:
Acesulfame potassium is a non-nutritive sweetener that can be mixed with other sweeteners, especially when combined with aspartame and sodium cyclamate. Acesulfame K does not participate in body metabolism nor provide energy. It has high sweetness but very cheap price comparing to other sweeteners.
Acesulfame K can be widely used in various foods such as beverages, pickles, ice cream, pastries, jams and gums.
