Sodium Cyclamate
Sodium cyclamate (CAS NO.: 139-05-9) is soluble in water and has comparable solubility. It is stable and not easy to be connected or deteriorated at room temperature. Its concentration is 40 to 50 times than sucrose. Sodium cyclamate has no nutritional supplements.
Applications:
Sodium cyclamate is a non-nutritive synthetic sweetener with high sweetness and low cost. Aurora Industry has two types of sodium cyclamate, NF13 CP95. It is an internationally adoptable food additive which can be used in refreshing drinks, juices, ice cream, pastries, preserves, etc. It can also be used as home seasoning, cooking, and pickles.
