Soya Lecithin

Soya lecithin is a yellow viscous substance separated from the refining process of soybean oil. Its CAS NO. is: 8002-43-5. It is an important by-product in the oil-making industry. Soybean lecithin is soluble in organic solvents such as fatty acids , partially soluble in ethanol, totally insoluble in acetone and methyl acetate, and insoluble in water.


Applications: 

Food field: Biscuit, chocolate, bakery, confectionery, ice cone, wafer, etc. 

Feed field: Livestock, poultry and aquatics: 

Industry field: Paint, printing, magnetic, leather, chemical, explosive
