Lactic acid is a colorless or slightly yellow viscous liquid with no specific odor. Lactic acid is widely present in the human body, animals, plants, and microorganisms. Applications:
Lactic acid food grade can be used in beverages, candies, pastries, meat products and dairy products. It serves the purpose of adjusting acidity, improving flavor, and extending shelf life. When brewing beer, the addition of lactic acid can promote saccharification, enhance the quality and flavor.
In pharmaceutical industry, lactic acid can be used for steam sterilization, and can also be directly added to medications and health supplements.
In daily chemical industry, AUCO lactic acid can be used as a moisturizer, emollient, and pH regulator. It is used in skincare creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, as well as shaving products and detergents.
