  • Q Are you manufacture or trading company?

    A We are the manufacture of Soya Lecithin. For other products, as we have warehouse and good relationship with our long term cooperative factories, the prices are always competitive in the market.

  • Q What is your payment terms?

    A We accept various payment terms, including TT, LC, DP, CAD and Paypal.

  • Q What is your delivery time?

    A Usually we will arrange the delivery within 5 -15 days after down payment or LC received.

  • Q What is your packing?

    A
    It depends on the products, we normally use standard package from our factory.
    We can arrange customized packages according to customers' requirements.

  • Q What is the validity of the products?

    A We guarantee that the cargoes have Min. 80% shelf life from the delivery date.

  • Q How about your after-sale service?

    A We have profession logistics team for loading, as well as the documents. Our logistics team will send arrival notice for customers and keeping eyes for their feedback once received our cargoes. If any issue, we will solve it at once and our customers are always long term partners.
